West and West, LLP is one of Texas' respected qui tam law firms.  After retiring from the bench, Judge David West assembled a litigation team with expertise in the area of qui tam litigation.

We specialize in thorough and responsible investigation and evaluation of potential claims based on wrongful conduct related to government programs, and in cooperative efforts with the government to prosecute claims which are supported by the facts and the law.

The firm handles all qui tam cases on a contingent fee basis.  You do not pay any attorneys' fees unless the case results in a recovery.
